We know a designer handbag can be a big investment. In addition to taking credit cards, Meme’s Treasures offers layaway. You pay 50% up front on items valued at $199 or more, and the remainder within 4 weeks. For our longer option of 6 months please click on the VIP extended layaway link. If you fail to pay your balance Meme’s Treasures will issue you store credit for your money (minus 20% restocking fee) and the original handbag will go back up for sale. No cash refunds, sorry.

Return Conditions:
- If you feel the item you received isn’t quite right for you, we offer an exchange for store credit within 3 days of receipt. Please note, there’s a restocking fee.
- Jewelry and handbags are subject to a 25% restocking fee and can be exchanged within the same 3-day window.
- Regrettably, due to our boutique size, we cannot offer cash refunds currently. All returns will be in the form of store credit.
- Layaway items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Communication: Upon receiving your purchase, reach out to us if you wish to initiate an exchange. We strive to provide detailed descriptions, often including multiple images and sometimes videos, to ensure clarity on the condition of the item. We tend to overstate any flaws or wear to ensure the product exceeds your expectations. However, as a small, hands-on operation, we might occasionally overlook something. If you believe the description was inaccurate or if there’s any issue, please communicate with us immediately so we can address it together.

Each bag is checked over to ensure authenticity. I have sold countless authentic Louis Vuitton handbags. I am also accepted by Paypal, Ebay and all major credit card companies for dispute resolution documentation. There are many factors to consider when inspecting a Louis Vuitton. I check stitching, heat stamp font/placement, date code font/placement, country of origin code, print on rivets, and more. I do not want to sell a fake bag anymore than you want to own one. Everything possible is done to assure you a 100% authentic designer bag! I can provide required pictures for you to have your bag professionally authenticated at an outside source prior to purchase. If you EVER discover your bag is not authentic Meme’s will refund your money no matter how long it has been since you bought the bag! Meme’s will also pay for the return shipping to send the bag back.
