After losing my son Issac at 18 weeks due to stillbirth I wanted to design a memorial that would be visible everyday as a reminder of the impact he made on my life. Crafted in 14k white gold this ring features tiny baby feet with a center 1/4 ct lab grown diamond heart. Above the tiny toes floats an angel wing. Please see video below .
